Fundi App is an app used to manage field service operations for the water authority in Dar es salaam. It is used by technicians, artisans, engineers etc. to work on assigned tasks and other work related activities.
The app was designed to deliver two way results that target the organization and its customers. To the organization the app would affect the management and visibility of field resources while improving service delivery to its customers.
